Below are our seasonal rates, discount options and calendar.

Minimum 4 night stay except for High Season which is a minimum 5 night stay.

High season runs from December 20th to January 31st.

Discounts

10% discount applies for bookings of 5 nights.

Book 6 or more nights to receive an extra night free. Eg book 6 get the 7th night free.

Discount rates do not apply to cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to check in.

50% refund for cancellations made between 14 days and check in.

For unforseen emergency cancellations please contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.

House Rules

Strictly no more than 8 guests are allowed on the property as there is a limited supply of rainwater along with a self contained onsite septic system which cannot accommodate more than 8 guests.
Accurate guest numbers must be clearly communicated. Maximum of 2 infants per booking allowed.
Strictly no pets. No parties or functions. Furniture not to be moved.
Strictly no smoking inside the home including the games room.
No cigarette butts to be disposed of in inside bins. Please use sand buckets provided on outside decks.
Maximum of three cars allowed. Plus room for boat up to 7 metres.
If any of the above rules are broken you will forfeit your security deposit and we reserve the right to inspect the property and cancel your booking immediately.
